“Monster in my Head” is the opposite of the classic “Monster at the end of this Book”.
In this book, the “monster” is at the start of each dilemma and the motivator to face your fears and move ahead from them to higher enlightenment. So, at the end of the book, you will find yourself! It’s the idea that everything we encounter has learning applications and opportunities from taught, learned or assumed negatives. Fears confronted by another’s feared act of anger to find peace.
